Recipe: Lemongrass Tea Mojito


  • 6 oz. Doc’s Lemongrass
  • 4 oz. club soda
  • 1 oz. white rum (optional)
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • Fresh lemongrass

Place mint leaves and one lime wedge into a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice and pour in rum. Use a muddler to crush mint leaves and lime to release mint oils and juice from lime into shaker. Next, pour Dr. B’s Lemongrass Tea and club soda over ice and serve with garnish of lime, mint leaves, or lemongrass.

As a Doc recommended beverage, we would be remiss if we didn’t mention that this cocktail is free of sugar and comes in at under 70 calories! A traditional Mojito does have the addition of simple syrup (sugar), but with Doc’s Lemongrass, you can savor summer without empty calories and excess sugar.
